Limiting Beliefs

The beliefs we hold about ourselves shape our experience of life.

We can sabotage or create opportunities depending on our self-beliefs.

The same beliefs will also contribute to your internal state or vibrational signature.

Take for example someone with a self-limiting belief of “I’m not good enough” these thoughts will broadcast a frequency of limitation and other low vibrations which will attract people of a similar frequency.

There is a saying that “birds of a feather flock together” or “misery loves company” and I’m sure we all know someone who is always complaining or likes to play the victim. I know I have been guilty of this in the past.

Most people don’t even realise that they are perceiving reality through a lens of self-limitation. The limiting belief program is hardwired deep into the subconscious normally from a childhood event.

So how can we recognise a subconscious program of limitation? Normally we make excuses why we are not where we would like to be or blame others for whatever shows up in our lives.

There is a direct connection between our thoughts and feelings and our external reality. To achieve our potential, we need to see reality through a clear lens of truth and not through a cloudy lens of limitation.

Beliefs are just thoughts and we all have the ability to change our thoughts.

Positive affirmations and visualizations can help to rewire your subconscious along with monitoring your negative self-talk.
